Early Life
Not much is known about her early life as she never seems to talk about them too much, however what is known is that she joined the military academy about the same time as Vox-Ur and Nam-Ek. It was also mentioned that she fell in love with Vox-Ur but couldn't win his love because he was already in love with Kara Zor-El, and joined Zod so that she could force Vox-Ur to be with her, which led to her being exiled to the Phantom Zone.

Powers
Mutated Kryptonian Physiology: Alongside Vox-Ur and Nam-Ek, Aei-Thyr is a mutated Kryptonian who is said to possess a rare potential and gene mutation that the majority of Kryptonians don't have and is widely sought after. While her abilities weren't completely fleshed out compared to Vox-Ur's abilities, it is known that her abilities do not require any sort of energy fuel to power them up and can be used regardless of any environment. Aei-Thyr is instead, capable of receiving and transmitting information through the mind. It is unknown how her status as a mutated kryptonian affects her overall physiology, but it is suggested that she too possesses a more efficient solar energy absorption compared to other Kryptonians, however it is unknown by how much because she never actually fights in the story.
Telepathy: Aei-Thyr is able to read other's thoughts, and project her own thoughts, as well as affect the minds of others with ease. The range at which she can perform these feats is unknown, but it is shown to be advanced enough to create illusions and mental projections of herself and Nam-Ek. Her telepathic capabilities also make her really good at making use of the emotional states of others, as shown how during Chapter 5 when she made use of Supergirl's emotionally overwhelmed state to buy time for the Phantom Zone to open. Currently, it is unknown at what level she is due to not using her gifts as much in the story, but with enough training she could be one of the stronger kryptonians out there.
Kryptonian Physiology: Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Aei-Thyr possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian. These include:
Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Aei-Thyr's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. Her biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and her bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure.
Heat Vision: Aei-Thyr can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. She can vary the heat and area affected.
Super-Hearing: Aei-Thyr' hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, she can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.
Enhanced Vision Aei-Thyr's vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus. This umbrella ability includes the following:
Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Aei-Thyr can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. She can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, she can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows her to see the aura generated by living thing.
Telescopic Vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera.
X-Ray Vision: This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. Aei-Thyr's can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. She can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived - such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans - is unclear. this ability perceives an ambient energy source though, it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects.
Microscopic Vision: This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level.
Infrared Vision: Aei-Thyr's can see with better acuity in darkness, and to a degree in total darkness.
Flight: Aei-Thyr is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction.
Invulnerability: Due to the interaction of her dense molecular structure and supercharged electromagnetic field, Aei-Thyr is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, her extends this protection against toxins and diseases.
Superhuman Stamina: Aei-Thyr is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on her body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep.
Superhuman Strength: Aei-Thyr's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of her musculature. Her electromagnetic field allows her to lift objects without them crumbling under their own weight.
Superhuman Speed: Aei-Thyr is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to her perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time. This also confers:
Super-Breath: Aei-Thyr is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from her lungs. She can chill the air as it leaves her lungs to freeze targets. She can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into her lungs.
Abilities
Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced): Although her fighting ability isn't shown, she is proficient enough to be considered one of the symbols of strength and intelligence in the military. Although, it is very likely she represents the intelligence aspect.
Psychological Warfare: While never shown fighting, Aei-Thyr has showcased the ability to be a proficient manipulator who specializes in using a combination of deception and her telepathic abilities to get into the minds of anyone, as shown how she was able to trick an amnesic Vox-Ur to side with her through clever acting and distortions of the truth. She was also able to notice Supergirl's emotional state to manipulate her into watching the battle between Superman and Vox-Ur rather than fighting with her.
