Command Sgt. Maj. Alan Scott entered World War II where he served as a member of the military detachment known as 1st Armored Division (United_States). Alan Scott was noted to be big and strong in his unit, and for his willingness to never give up in any situation. After the war, in late forties, Alan Scott was called to be the first soldier of the Green Lantern Army Division. After the first successful Green Lantern, another soldier was selected for the same reason Alan got selected this man names was Hal Jordan a jet pilot for commercial/military airline Ferris Air, Hal went on to lead the Green Lantern field unit after Alan got killed.
