History
Present
Alexandra Luthor is first seen rallying multiple super-villains to form a new Secret Society. She claims that in her world, the heroes are ruthless killers who will slaughter any criminal who dares show their face. She states that the fact that she survived, even against Earth 666 version of Superman, shows that she is worthy of leadership. She then recruits five other villains to head smaller subcommittees in the Neo Secret Society. After taking leadership, she uses a dimension-traveling device she invented herself and visits Superboy-Prime. When he threatens to kill her, she aims a piece of Earth 13 Kryptonite at his throat, saying it can harm him no matter what Earth he is on. She then takes him back with her to Earth 13, and they eventually develop a romantic relationship.

Powers
Alexandra has no superpowers of her own, except for her incredible intelligence, which is even higher than Lex Luthor's. However, she has been able to create a suit which allows her to mimic the powers of Supergirl.

- Power Limitation: Her suit only runs on Kryptonite 666.

- Kryptonite 666: This can suck the life force out of Kryptonians from Earth 666.
- Earth 13 Kryptonite: This Kryptonite can affect any Kryptonian not of the Earth 13 verse. (Should be noted Kryptonians of Earth 13 don't have superpowers like their cousin verses)
- D.T.D.: or Dimension Traveling Device is a device allows her to move between Earths.
