History
Growing up out of her parents shadow daughter of Green Arrow and Raven, an archer 21 years old raised by Gabriel sylar. Arella Queen became the hero known as Blue Arrow.

- Animal Mimicry: She doesn't change into animals but take on their abilities.
- Animal Control: She can only control wild animals.

- Chlorokinesis: She has limited plant control.
- Healing: She can heal others and herself from most wounds.
- Skin Color Manipulation: She can control and alter her skin color (including natural and completely unnatural ones).
- Eternal Youth: She doesn't age.
- Superhuman Strength: Above normal human strength, she lift a car.

- Magic Arrows: She can create energy arrows. Example: Fire.

- Archery: She is an Olympic-level archer and athlete. She was trained from an early age by her father to become one of the world's greatest archers.

- Bow: Her main weapon is a blue compound bow. She also carries a blue crossbow in case she runs out of arrows or her regular bow is lost/becomes unusable, as well as for defense while in civilian clothing.
- Sword: She also carries a sword.
- Blow Pipe: She also carries a blow pipe with special darts designed to induce catatonia for months.
