Aviation

Aviation refers to an individual's capability to fly various forms of aircraft, including but not limited to single-engine airplanes, commercial jetliners, fighter jets and even space faring conveyances. Skilled pilots may also possess the aptitude for flying hover-crafts, single-person jet packs or space vessels. Although some individuals may be proficient with the inner workings of mechanical aircraft, this does not necessarily mean that they are an aviator or possess the aviation skill.
