Elvira "Vee" Venini is a former teen prodigy at the head of E.V., or casually referred to as Venini; a global fashion brand based in Gotham with a goal to raise money for those in need, making a stand for the corruption in the city. She's a world-class harpist and figure skater, having a foot in multiple industries while being the daughter of Bruce Wayne.
History[]
Early Life[]
Elvira was born to Florence Venini in the Italian countryside, remaining with her mother's family in her childhood and gaining a love for the rural and practical nature of the lifestyle. The identity of her father wasn't revealed until later in her life when she stumbled across a conversation at the age of six, hearing how her immediate family reprimanded her mother for not giving her dad the chance to be included in her upbringing.
This sparked a curiosity within Elvira and she began to ask more about the possibility of meeting her father, much to the dismay of her mother. It was around this time when she began to pick up the harp, practising for hours on end while gaining attention from local news stations.
Being Revealed to the World[]
When she turned eight years old, she was offered a chance to perform in Teatro della Pergola, an historical opera house in Florence. After the performance, the news of the adolescent prodigy became widespread across Italy and quickly reached mainstream media.
She was thrust into the world of music and interviews, performing at dozens of other opera houses across the country before she turned nine. Yet after a few months, the attention quickly turned sour with the intense invasion of her personal life and that of her family, something that was kept secret from her. Due to that, she was increasingly kept from the public eye.
This bloomed an annoyance in the young girl as she quickly began to act out in frustration and confusion, not understanding why she couldn't perform to her heart's desire.
Dawn of Fashion and Fatherhood[]
She later turned to fashion design and embroidering as an outlet for both her frustration and artistic nature, finding an intuitive manner in the process. Her first works were meant for her family, simple garments that could be worn in casual events around the city.
Over the next couple months, she would travel across the city with her mother in order to gain inspiration from dozens of events in the height of the Milan Fashion Week. Halfway through her travels, she was met with an woman that introduced herself as an entertainment agent for the Martha Wayne foundation in Gotham, inviting the two to a dinner. Elvira figured it traced back to her musical background and happily agreed. Her mother was hesitant, but relented.
She designed her and her mother's dresses for the night, rushing her mother to the restaurant.
During the dinner, the Wayne agent revealed her true intentions and inquired about Elvira's origins to her mother. Florence visibly became tense and grew silent in the face of the question. The moment reflected her emotions, creating an environment where Elvira swiftly came to the conclusion that it regarded her father. The next second, she asked if the man who sent the agent was her father. She considered her mother's reaction a clear answer. A few minutes later, Florence took her daughters arm and simply left the restaurant without another word.
After five days had passed,
