Lillith Al Ghul (later Lily Wayne) is the grandaughter of Talia Al Ghul. When Lilith's mother, Shauna McShane was attacked and placed into a coma by The Heretic, Talia ordered the extraction of Lillith's foetus. Talia had her incubated and when she was born, Talia told her lies such as her parents were dead and they were incompetent deadbeats while they were alive.
