Paula Weatherly was the first and only daughter-in-law of a wealthy and seemingly selfish and greedy businesswoman named Katrina Weatherly. Her infamous, wicked, unsympathetic, and amoral father-in-law Warren Weatherly (Jonah and Miranda Weatherly's father), who has been long dead, was the eldest of the four children and also the first-born son of Paula's deceased paternal grandparents-in-law Clyde and Nancy Weatherly. Most importantly, Paula is also the niece-in-law of Katrina's siblings-in-law Kyle (Warren's younger brother), Samantha (Warren's younger sister) and Gary Weatherly (Warren's youngest brother).
