Rookie is a young cyborg who lives in Port Town and working for his mother’s laboratory. He was born and created by his mother, Mikayla Chanda. Rookie has a purpose to protect humanity from their arch enemy, Sandra Drax.
Rookie, a young cyborg, is revived by his mother, a mechanic, who realizes that he actually has the soul of a teenager. Rookie then sets out to learn about his past and find his true identity.
