A French female supervillain named Madame Rouge disguise herself as an Italian American crime boss named Sal Maroni and gets invited to speak on a television broadcast program to be interviewed by a female announcer about the legendary green-colored gemstone called the Kryptonite when he claims to be an expert researcher specializing in the Kryptonite. Saying that the Kryptonite will grants slow aging and immortality, it has amazing and terrifying magical powers that can cause death and massive destruction. In order to find the Kryptonite, he needs the public's help, Sal Maroni hypnotize watching the program, including Shaggy Rogers, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley and Fred Jones in order to find the Kryptonite.
Sal Maroni watches the humans. As they search for the Kryptonite, he zaps all of their souls for the Brotherhood of Evil. When Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Hal Jordan, Arthur Curry, Green Arrow, and Barry Allen arrive at the TV station, Sal Maroni reveals himself to be Madame Rouge in disguise all along.
